      Timi graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in English, but her passion for sports, health and wellness led her to massage school.

     

     Licensed and state certified with the California Massage Therapy Council, she is trained in both eastern and western modalities and a member of American Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  With a love for sports and being active, she has a unique understanding of the body and sports related injuries.  Through her experience addressing soft tissue injuries caused from trauma and repetitive stress, she focuses her bodywork toward structural integration with an emphasis on posture. She specializes in Myoskeletal Aligment Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Neurostructural Bodywork as well as Active Engagement Muscle Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

    

     Being results driven, she enjoys working with clients to relieve specific issues as well as working with clients who want the benefits of regular bodywork.   With her intuitive touch and therapeutic technique, her primary goal is assisting client’s body awareness for optimal integration of health and wellbeing.

     In school, Timi's  focus was on  Neurostructural Bodywork and Oriental Studies. She graduated from Mueller College in San Diego and Kali Institute in Ventura, CA in 2007.  In 2011 she was certified in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique studying under Erik Dalton and in 2014 was Level 2 Certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). She combines the modalities she has learned through the years to produce the best results. Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Tui Na, Reflexology, Swedish, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage.
